VM SuperHub 2 Lights

Hi guys,
I have just noticed that one of the status lights (upstream/downstream) have turned green.
My internet is working fine, I have never seen this before,the only time I see this is when I haven't paid the bill on time.

If it's the top one that's fine the light can be either blue or green
