Vivante any good?

Arrrrggg!, Just saw a recomendation for www.vivante.co.uk and so I ordered a disc from them. After submitting the order a box came back saying please allow 28 days for delivery!
Are they really as slow as that?
Are they just covering themselves?
Whats your usuall delivery time?

I ordered a Sting DTS cd via the telephone yesterday at approx 3pm and it arrived 9am this morning, £18 inc. delivery.
