Vista upgrade query(help)

Could anyone tell me which copy to buy?I currently have a desktop upstairs for my kids which is running an illegal copy of xp pro.I wish to upgrade to a genuine operating software.Vista home premium is what i would like,not sure of which one to get from pc world,link > PC World UK Computer Superstore - Buy cheap computers, laptops, desktop PCs, printers, LCD TVs, sat nav, digital cameras and more..
Is it the £63 version or the £154,whats the difference to justify the price?

stay away from the upgrade discs IMOP (updates xp installed on your system to vista)

just get the oem or retail
