Vista MC + TV Pack2008

Hi Guys,

I really could do with some assistance here as I seem to be going around in circles

I've Installed a fresh copy of Vista x64 and also installed TV Pack 2008 as per instructions on The Green Button.

Hardware:-

Hauppauge WinTV NOVA HD-S2
Vista x64 + TV Pack 2008
Nvidia 8500GT
E8600 CPU
Tosh 1080p LCD

Problems im getting :-

1. BBC HD. Does not display a picture, but I can hear the sound track. Displays "Digital Audio Service".

2. I cannot recieve Channel 4. Is this scrambled via Satellite?

Im guessing that the BBC HD problem is related to a codec issue, but what codec do I use, and how do I install it correctly?

The TV Pack as shipped by MS doesn't have H264 compatibility.

There IS a modified version of a DLL from the Fiji Beta (Fiji was the beta and DID have H264 support - but was timebombed for the end of August) knocking around on The Green Button forums. In fact there is a whole load of support at The Green Button for UK HD and Vista MC.

the dll is for the x86 not x64 so you may be out of luck
