I've had my powermax pro for a couple years now and lately it was acting up. I noticed the display doesn't look right either.

I reset my powermax pro using the jumper and now I can't log in!

I tried all the possible default passwords 1111, 9999, 0000

Visonic customer service won't help me either.

Hi Try, powering down from mains and battery, leaving 2 minutes and rebooting...

I disconnected the battery and the mains and left it for a few days and it's still the same issue.

If the display looked wrong before the factory reset, it could mean there is some corruption of the firmware, that has remained afterwards.

You could look into upgrading the firmware (if competent and this is an end user feature)

Is this the only keypad? Could try login from an alternate?

A professional might be able to resolve or could be time for a new system?

Has anybody done a firmware update and or have the firmware that fixes this problem?

Looks like you might need an installer to help you as a bit of digging states you need a remote programmer (which needs installer credentials to obtain)

Bit of a late response but when you power down remove the unit completely.
On the other models it has three pins DEF
if you have a spare jumper then put it across pins E and F and then power up on the battery.
This does a code reset
You should then be able to try the default codes again

Sorry just re read your post and you have used the jumper
Have you removed it after powering up
