Looking forward to this one. This is the first of my preorders to have been dispatched from Play. Here's hoping it's up to the standard of the superb Dreamcast version. And here's also hoping that Sega get round to releasing Crazy Taxi on the PSP.

You just answered the question yourself mate, it depends on the exchange rate and what rate your credit cards are at the moment of purchase.

Still cheaper than 29.99 from Play etc.

Also if you change the currency on DVDboxoffice site, it converts it over to british pounds, thats what it was at when I looked the other day.

Is Virtua Tennis anything like Top Spin? Top Spin was good but I got bored fairly quickly, as there's only so many times you can play a tennis game. I've a toss up between this and Everybodys Golf. I know EG is great as I had the US version, but I want to get the Euro version for multiplayer reasons. Plus it's one of the few PSP games that doesn't suffer from the loading bug.

Ahh, i see it now!!! pity they wont charge in £'s or €'s cos it would save us all a few quid.

Are they a good site, never used them? Being a canadian website, how would you compare them to VG+ or dvdsoon?

I did think the time between the serve power meter disappearing and the actual serve from CPU was quick. Blink and CPU gets a ace? Maybe they sped up vid

But you can't guarentee that you won't be charged customs. Therefore, it's possible you may be charged something in the region of £8 or more, with £4 being taken by the PO as a handling fee, (for paying the tax etc).

Got this through this morning. So far I've only had a chance to have a quick play but it is a brilliant game. Seems just as slick as the dreamcast version.

This is my pre-order game. I have wanted a decent tennis game for ages and thought Top Spin on XBOX would have done but I never got round to getting it.

The review in this months Edge says that the analogue nub is no where near as good to play this with as the DC stick and it looses a bit of the gameplay because of this. Any of those with the game finding this? How are shot placements with the stick etc?

always had top experiences with Lik-Sang. My nintendogs took 4 days to arrive from HK so I was very pleased with that. They are very quick with delivery - often putting little freebies in the package too - I had some '8 bit love' stickers with my nintendogs.

I did initially try to play with the D-Pad but found the control quite difficult so am now using the analogue stick and it plays really nicely. Yes I suppose they have a point, obviously it's a better analogue stick on a proper contoller but you soon get used to this one and I find the playability excellent. I'm finding it a little more difficult than the DC version, not sure if that's just the control or if the difficulty level is a little higher.

Load times are really quick. There is the odd stutter when moving between locations etc. and for some reason the player designer is very slow but these are really minor issues. Overall it's a very slick game.
