Virgin1 - No picture

I have a TV card in a PC and for some reason I can not get Virgin1 to display a picture.

I have used the Scanchannels utility and the signal quality is reported at 40%

I can watch any other channel with no issue with PQ.

What reason would there be for only Virgin1 exhibiting this problem ?

Are you scanning for channels before 6pm? Virgin 1 on Freeview is only on at night. Try scanning after 6pm.

I have just rescanned and I have found 70 services, including Virgin1.

I get a picture now but it is very choppy.
