I have a Slingbox Solo connected to a Virgin V+ and then back to the internet via a Cisco router and the Virgin cable modem.
When I installed it there was no problem but now when I select the Slingbox it searches for it and I then get the msg "Connections from your Slingbox to the Internet have been disabled. Do you want to retry?"
When I retry I get the same msg. I have tried repowering all the kit checked all the wiring but get the same msg.
Could there be an issue receiving Virgin down a cable and then using that same cable and its modem as a transmitter for the Slingbox?
Any suggestions?
