Hi, check your bill from Virgin. They have been charging £15 monthly cost, rather than £5 for V+ box. It has taken a while to get a refund, otherwise happy with Virgin

You need to explain a bit more as there are legitimate reasons for Virgin Media to continue to charge a monthly fee for V+.

Those customers who had their V+ installed before June 2007 were on different charging, paying either £15 per month if on TV M or TV L or £10 per month if on TV XL.

Since June 2007, these customers have been able to pay a 'conversion fee' to have this charge either reduced to £5 per month for TV M or TV L customers or to zero for TV XL customers.

Hi, Joined in April-08. They have agreed overcharge was in error, post was to let other know to enable a check against bill. Thanks for feedback.

No problem. Also those on VIP and XLPlus bundles also pay £10 monthly for V+.
