Virgin modem

    Pulled a V, super hub from a skip,bit scratched up no ssid or any markings on it. would it be usable ?

    The modem side is only of use on virginmedia network.
    Wifi performance is so poor I won't bother. It is disabled on my superhub, because it is so bad.

    It may be of some use as a 4 port switch as long as it is in a different subnet to your main router, otherwise you may get dhcp conflict or routes your data to a non connected modem. I think the default lan is 192.168.0.xx
