** Virgin Media Size L REALLY SLOW! **

For some unknown reason i am getting a download speed of just 2mb when i should be getting close to 10mb. I have rebooted the modem numerous times which brings the speed back, but then later on it returns to 2mb. There is only 1 laptop at my house and i havent downloaded anything for about 2 months.

mines same tonight, downloading a 4gb file that normally takes about an hour on my 20meg line is going to take 3 hours
normally i get 2300kb/s on my 20 meg, tonight its 500kb/s
were supposed to be allowed 3gb before any throttling but not today
my mate is also having the same probs d/loading from rapidshare
