Virgin install problem

    Guys after a long drawn out process to get virgin installed the big day came on Wednesday and it was all installed. However when the router was switched on the guys said it was on ‘create mode’ and it would sort itself out in an hour or two. They gave me a supervisor number to ring once the lights went white. Guess what it hasn’t! I have been promised visits before sat but nothing and no one is ringing back when they say. There is another engineer coming apparently on Saturday to sort it. Thing is the engineers are saying it’s an it issues and the it ppl are saying it’s an install / equipment issue. Has anyone come across this before and know how to get it sorted. I havnt had WiFi for 3 weeks and no pvr for 1 and totally pissed off

    Nope. With VM installed things for me the engineer set-up the router, made a 'phone call to get the box authorised and waited until all the lights went white. No complaints here.
