Virgin Fibre not working? New connection

Got a self install kit yesterday from virgin.

Connected it all up, replied to their text message, they then replied back saying they will activate the line. 20 mins later they said it was all up and running.

30 hours later, still not working. Flashing green light

anyone got any ideas before the pain of ringing them?

Try resetting all of your virginmedia gear (set-top boxes, Hub etc). If that doesn't solve the issue, I'm afraid it's a phone call to vm's tech support

Only got Fibre. Sky provide my tv services. I've reset the router but still the same. I'll go through the pain of calling them after work
