Virgin E-mail not working

Has anyone else got problems with virgin mail. My main mail address, [email protected] shows "ERR - Mailbox Temporarily Unavailable. It has been like this for TWO days.

There's a recorded message on Virgin phone help that say "the good news is they are working on the problem fast and all will be fixed soon"
but its been two days now.
I have another virgin.net address and this works OK.

Anyone got the inside track as my main mail address is down and I'm stuffed. Even WebMail is out too.

My email has worked alright but I did see that a problem was/is flagged on the VM status page HERE use the drop down menu to select your area.

Thank you, I didn't know that link existed. Certainly it isnt apparent in the customer's zone!

I'll use it often.

The status there confirms they are in deep doo-doo (again)
