Hi, virgin megastore online. I know i can ring them up, dont seem to be a way to cancel order online via the account. Reason i ask, when i did a copy and paste of the details, so i got them handy for the call, a cancel text line was pasted, have they removed the option and hidden the text?. How are they like for phone cancellations?, straight foward, my order has been sitting in progress for 5 days, when site stated in stock & despatch in 24hrs. i cant even log in sometimes, im using the right user/pw, its rubbish. Now its locked me out, i just will cancel via phone, stupid site. .
