Vikings 2. Small Picture Amzon Prime

The picture when viewing Vikings 2 has thick black bars top and bottom. No other programs are affected, they are full screen HD. The first season was full screen.

I have a fiber ethernet connection.

Any ideas?

Series 2 isn't available in HD yet. Are you displaying it at native resolution? If so change to fullscreen.

Just tried an episode and it is a full 16:9 picture. This is via the web. What device are you using to watch it on?

I've just tried it again via my Sony S370 BR player and my 40" Sony TV and it still shows a full 16:9 picture.
