    Hi Guys,

I was looking to buy a 32" or 37" HD-Ready LCD. I came across TechMedia on ebay. They have a 37" Viewpia LCD for £1089 (€1,598.41). They will ship to Ireland where I live for about €150. This all seems like great value.

Does anyone have a positive or negative experience of the company?

I have read some of the previous threads on the Viewpia LCD and get the impression that it's not too shabby for the cost. Would that be accurate?

    Thanks,

    Peter

Did you see "2 YEARS BRING IN WARRANTY" could work out expensive if it goes wrong.

Yeah, the bring-in warrenty isn't much use to me alright!

I did contact ClearDragon but they do not sell to Ireland. They are £250 more expensive than the German crowd too.

I don't know yet. Might just go for a 32" instead from a source a bit closer to home. I'll post how I get on if I do go with them anyway.

I did get a 37" VIEWPIA LCD TV from Cleardragon, quick and prompt delivery. Good picture quality, can't wait to see what it will look like when High Definition comes in next year. Cleardragon is not good for ringing up to ask for advice about the Viewpia technical side though. They are only selling the lcd tv.
