I used to have Tversity running which I could view my movies on, it was ok, but then I heard that with WMP10 or 11 you could share media with the 360 and view movies. I only want to view WMV files, as my computer is too slow to transcode on the run anyway.

I re-installed Windows XP Pro with service pack 2 on a freshly partitioned drive, yet when I select to view movies, it says I have none (from the Xbox). I have enabled sharing, as it plays all my music and I can see all my pictures, it just seems to be the movies.

Which folder does it look at for the video files?
Any other tips on setting it up, I would rather do it this way than have to use Tversity again (I have also tried the Media centre converter for XP, but that just messed up my PC hence the new build).

Sorted it.

For the others that didn't know what to do, Windows Media Player, doesn't automatically add your video files to the library, I added them manually and now it works brilliantly
