I have ordered a second Sky+, to connect to my PC (my wife monopolises our TV/Sky+). Sky are close to broadcasting HD, does anyone know if I can get a tuner card that will work with Sky+ and that will support HD? As I am going to buy a new PC and monitor, any advice on whether I should go for the latest Media Centre software or stick to XP would also be helpful (or go dual-boot?).

The majority of Sky channels are encrypted, and Sky do not allow third-party manufacturers access to the decoders. A satellite receiver card would get you the BBC and a handful of other un-encrypted channels (mainly shopping channels), but not much else.
