I've recently downloaded some video demos with 5.1 audio and wanted to be able to view the audio split into its 6 separate tracks.
I'm also curious to 'See' whats actually being sent to each channel on .mkv ( and maybe .vob).
Tried importing into my DAW software but only got 2 channel stereo and not 5.1.
Is there software that can allow me to load in a video file and view the audio in separate tracks or am I going to have to 'strip' the audio first.
As previously mentioned I'm just curious at this point and dont want to 'do' anything to the audio
