I have a lot of archived Video8 material and planned on converting it to digital for storage purposes. Only problem is, my trusty (old) camcorder used for those purposes has given up the ghost today. It's a Sony V200 if anyone here goes that far back.

Thing is, I need to get my hands on a playing deck to output the tape material from, but it needs to pick up the PCM soundtrack that in most cases I edited onto the tape, courtesy of the V200.

Does anyone know what machine I will need to look for (probably on ebay as this is ancient technology!)? I know Sony made a few models, but I can't remember what they were, never mind find out where to buy a used example.

Any help will be much appreciated.
