Thanks guys, much appreciated as always.

Some interesting comments from Neil Robinson regarding the reduction of variability of panels, which I hope means they're able to get the 65" as uniform as they did with the 55" in 2016, and the change to the brightness controls, which are no longer linear. Should make it easier to get the elusive 16 black, 17 flashing, on the black crush slide.

Cool opening soundtrack, a joy to listen. Where is it from?

Nice to hear the second LG rep giving more info on filters and HDR details.

      Interesting video.Thanks.

I still fail to see the sense in supporting Dolby Vision , which , as yet , has next to no presence in the home though that may change , while dumping 3D which at least has a small market and home presence . 3D is only dead in the sense that vinyl is dead . You can't uninvent it and , cost wise , LG's implementation is already excellent and cheap to include. So why ditch it ?

So , try as they might ,IMO LG are no longer the brand covering all the bases. Pity , because they've led from the front changing the vernacular from TV set to panel and are beautiful to behold .

Thanks for this interesting video and the technical information provided in the interviews. Your hands on reviews back in the UK are eagerly anticipated and no doubt you will comment further on the next podcast.

Why did they have it next to the Sony reference monitor when you can clearly see that the colour reproduction, particularly blue, is different?

Unfortunately I wasn't able to watch the sound enabled as I am work, but wasn't it just 18 months ago tho when they were telling customers that pink/green tinting on the 930 was normal and not a fault?
