Video Essentials or Ultimate DVD Platinum Edition?

Most of the DVD's I watch are NTSC, I do watch various SKY channels as well.

Can anybody help in deciding which of these 2 is the easiest to understand and use to help setup my FQ80?

Both are good, but Video Essentials is, perhaps, more of a purists calibration and setup tool, whereas Ultimate DVD Platinum has fewer tests but has good audio and visual explanations for beginners and demo clips.

There is also the AVIA set up disc - this is well regarded around these quarters.

It's worth searching the forums for comments about these discs. I recall a number of threads about them.

    Good luck.
