Video Doorbell or Camera in Porch?

I'm a little confused about what to do here. I've got a 1930's style front door with a lot of glass, something like this:

I've been looking at what kind of application would work best here. The two options:

1. Put a video doorbell (something like the EZVIZ DB1C, or Hikvision DS-KIS603-P)
2. Put a normal doorbell (preferably wireless) and put a camera at the top of the porch (something like the DS-2CD2955FWD-IS)

Connectivity wise, I have a CAT6 cable available to connect to that's coming into the porch area at the top left corner which I can run power down and use a POE camera.

Any experiences/ideas would be highly welcome.

Do you want to talk to the person at the door? As that will drive either camera or doorbell.

No, not really... if I can see them on the camera and it can pick up their voices, that'll be enough I suppose.
