I am having several video conferences each day and am trying out different pieces of equipment.
I tend to use the Zoom app for this and have successfully used an iPad with screen mirroring to cast it to my C9 Oled. It works well with the only limitation that an iPad only puts 9 people on the screen at once whereas I can get over 40 on the iMac.
So, the question is, has anyone found a way to use the TV as a conference tool? I could plug a webcam into the USB port but I’m not sure how to organise the software. I suppose I could dedicate an iMac to it, in effect using the TV as it’s screen, but is there a better way?
I would imagine that a simple solution, that supplied a webcam and installed the Zoom app in the tv, might be very popular, worldwide at the moment.
