HI i am editing a home movie but i require some additional clips to finish it off. Some footage of an aeroplan taking off/landing and also skiing would be ideal.
Although the quality will not be as good as DV footage shot on a camcorder the best way I can think of getting the required footage would be to record it from the TV. OK to do this if it is just for your own use, but not if you intend to sell the footage once edited as you could get done for copyright etc. Also you will need to have AV inputs enabled on your camcorder to be able to capture the footage or an analogue capture device on the PC.
