I have bought a USB 2 video capture gadget to convert some old VHS tapes to digital and then to burn DVD on my PC.
The software that runs it asks which video bit rate I want to use and gives the options from 0.50 to 2.00 in .05 increments.
Can anyone tell me what I should use and why?
