I've just seen these on a shopping channel while channel flicking. Are they any good, worth getting? I'm not sold yet to be honest!

yeah, but I think the term 'tone up' is a myth too...can't beat exercise imo...

There is lots of evidence that vibration training works. Some, such as Powerplate, are medically certified backing this up.

If used correctly they are effective and can be used in conjunction with barbells, dumbbells etc. However, most people do not have the knowledge to exploit the benefits and would be better keeping it simple.
