I would like to plug a DVD player straight into a high quality computer monitor. Are there any DVD players out there that have vga outputs ?

    Hi,

The Momitsu V880 has a DVI-I connector which will output both digital and analogue RGB. Hope this helps.

Many players have RGB output on the scart connection.

Would a scart-vga interlink cable do the trick?
Or is the signal standard different or something?

VGA has separate H and V sync - RGB Scart has sync on composite. Hope this helps.
