VFD Imon - how do I shut it down ?!

Hi all,

I have a big problem with my VFDImon remote controller and software (came with Silverstone LC-16).
When I listen to some music on PC hooked to my AV amp, I am not allowed to use any remote controls (TV, DVD...) because I get this IRRITATING Imon remote controller clinging sound!
If I shut VFD software down, then I get no sound output ?!?!?! (Maya 5.1 on Win MCE 2005). If I deinstall the VFD software completely, then my LCD on Silverstone does not work.

What should I do !?

Goto Option->Common in iMon and uncheck the two checkboxs under "sound effect for detected IR signal"
