Question VEVO on Samsung Q80 in UK

Novice Member
I managed somehow to install vevo app on my new Samsung Q80 Series tv but after reseting it now i cannot install the app again. I am getting error "Unable to install. Please try again later. (Vevo: 118019)

Any ideas how to fix that? Reseting the smart hub doesn't help.
