    Have only just purchased my first DVD player a Pioneer DV-370-K :thumbsup: and am now deciding on a suitable amp and speakers :rolleyes:
    .Am thinking of a YAMAHA RXV540 but am totally clueless about a suitable speaker package to go along with the above set up.Please help.

    whats your budget coolhand and what sort of style are you after? oh and what sort of tv?

    I've got a budget of around £250-£300 and hopefully that will include cables etc.At the minute i'm still useing my old 28" 4 X 3 format telly :blush: that i hope to upgrade at a later date once i get the amp and speakers sorted.
    This system will be used mostly for watching loud movies :D

    ok well have a search mevetts has recently done some research into this sort of budget, but Canton CD1 MS, Premiere etc are worth a look
