I had Sky+ installed about a month ago (the £49 refurb offer). I have just noticed the dreaded vertical banding and now my eyes are constantly drawn to i. Do Sky acknowledge there is a problem with the Amstrad boxes and will they change the box if i complain?
You're going to have to contact them and complain about the issue. Tell them you want a Pace box instead. They'll probably try and fob you off, but if you're insistent you should get a Pace box sooner or later if other posts on these forums are anything to go by.
