Not sure if this is a silly question or not....

...but are there any VCR's out there that let you watch one Digi channel whilst taping another?

It has been 5 years since i owned one....so a bit behind the times!!

AFAIK there are no dual tuner VCR's, and certainly not with digital tuners.
What you can get is a Pace Twin that has 2 Freeview tuners and records to a computer type hard disk drive. These are available from the likes of Argos for under £200.
Or if for Sky you can get a Sky+ box that can record two channels or watch one, record another. Sky+ is around £200 and you then pay a £10 per month subscription unless you have a couple of premium channels.
There are no dedicated recorders for cable.

Cheers Mark,

I thought that was the case! Damn..sky + is such a good idea..shame I'm stuck with NTL!

Can only record 1 channel at a time, but get yourself a TiVo :smashin:
It'll be the best buy you ever make
