OK, here's a wild stab in the dark. Does anyone make a VCR with a built in analogue teletext decoder?

    I've got one !!!

Its an AWAI - several years old, so I don't know if they still do them.

You could bring up teletext, dial the whats on guide. cursor down and hit select and it would program the vid for the recording.

    easy as pie

thomson also do a teletext recorder. Called naviclick. It would also store the name of prog on a memory and when you placed the tape in it would show what was on tape and the play any selected prog. it would also record teletext subtitles. very clever
