VCR to TV

can someone tell me if RF cable from VCR to TV is better than scart ? I have a sony KD32DX40 and Akai VCR connected via RF cable but the picture is poor, any suggestion ?

RF is the worst possible connection. It also means you will only get mono sound when playing tapes. Use a decent quality SCART cable and you will see a vast improvement.
