VCR FFWD and Rewind Emulation on Pronto

    On my JVC VCR remote (and most other maufacturers) you can either press, hold and release the FFWD and REW button for more precision or tap them quickly to search.

    These two methods are very useful and was wondering whether the Pronto emulates these actions.

    If it doesn't then I don't think I'll bother in investing in one.

    i have sony VCR and DVD, and you can learn the pronto to do either 1 press, or continous pressing.

    Using the same icon or do you have to have seperate icons for each function?

    With my Tosh VCR if I tap the FF it fast forwards at a slow rate, but if I hold the button then it doubles the rate. My Pronto works in exactly the same way, on a single learnt button.

    the pronto is the best gadget you will ever buy!!! Every programmed button works exactly the same as on the orginal remote, go and buy one you will be amazed!!
