Hi Guys I visited PC world Greenford/Northolt on Sunday for what should of been a very quick, easy transaction. So I reserved a laptop on-line and thought as I walked in the door "This should be easy" It took me 45 minutes and, it would of been longer if I had not started a customer revolt! Some people had been waiting over an hour, why do people stand for this!? One lady who had reserved a printer and been waiting 55 minutes was then told "well the printers on the shelf over there if you want one".... you can imagine the look of anger on her face as she needlessly had waited under the assistant managers instructions! Anyway, with all this fiasco, I get home, and to top it off, unless things have changed, they have only charged me 14.5% VAT and not 17.5%.... is this another PC World screw up or is this correct?
