If you have his external contact details then get reporting to the police and let him know if you don't receive your goods or a refund then you'll start proceedings against him to recover what you're owed. If you get together with those on the bluray thread then you'll strengthen your case.

I’ve just TXT him to ask him to respond to my emails. He replied:
I haven't been able to reply to my emails mate I'm overseas and don't have the Internet
I'll try I'm working at the minute if you could let them know I've not gone quiet purposely
I'll try buy some data too to let people know too I'm not actually sure what's gone on but I can sort it all Wednesday next week when I'm back in the uk

Hi I haven't robbed anyone I'm in Germany working and I have had no data allowance left I have all tracking numbers at home so I'm unsure as to what has happened I am home Wednesday where I am happy to refund if said items aren't with you or dependant on what the tracking info says this message has been posted in both my posts

Nothing yet, I txt him again Tuesday and he said as soon as he is back Wednesday he will issue the refunds...
And it's now Thursday and no refunds have been made.
If I was you I'd start action against him as I initially advised

I think everyone who is still waiting for items/refunds have been patient enough.
Get together to strengthen your case. Contact him one final time externally and let him know that if immediate refunds are not made then this will be reported to the police and you will be opening a case with Action Fraud.
