v3000 sd settings best i can get

    You should try lowering the sharpness to min, backlight to 5, and clear white to off.

    Also set it to 16:9.

    MPEG NR should also be off, unless you're watching Digital TV.

    Also, I think you should be able to get away with maximum Contrast on this panel.

    Going pass 90 will slightly over bloom the whites

    85-89 should be fine

    PS: The MPEG NR does help but it should be set to low.
