V+ No sound on BBC HD?

I got my V+ installed last week, and have been watching a bit of the BBC HD channel, but i realised i do not get any sound? While the football was on the other day, i plugged in my 5.1 via the Phono connection on the back of the V+ box and it was fine, but when i want to used my R74 speakers, i get no sound

I have the V+ connected by HDMI and all the other channels are fine. I even tried turning the volume to max to see if the output was just quiet, with no luck. Any ideas?

You need to go into settings and turn on HDMI override for sound.

sorry i did search for this first, but couldnt see anything relevant. I shall try changing those settings later, thanks.

I havent checked the channel today, as im at work at the moment, but will check when i get home.

Sorry Dave17, I meant that there were multiple audio dropouts. Any chance you tried getting sound when there wasn't any.

No problem, ive got it sorted. Went into sound & display and there was an option as described above, flicked that to onn/off (cant remember) and it worked, thanks!
