Using Sky+ HD in Pace twin??

    Hi all, I've just bought a Pace twin freeview box to replace the sky +, and was wondering wether I can use the 250GB HD from the Sky+ ? (I upgraded the Sky+ box first week) :thumbsup:

    Will I need to format it in a PC before hand? If so, any chance of a link to the thread which explains how to do this... :D

    I thought the Pace Twin uses a laptop sized hard disk, so you wouldnt be able to use the Sky+ HD in it without some sort of adapter and an external box as 3.5" hard disks are a LOT larger than 2.5" (9mm to 19mm? high) laptop drives.

    Be interesting to know if the Pace Twin supports greater than 120GB.

    Known limits:
    HTPC,Freevo, mythTV, Showshifter, Windows MCE: 2TB or more
    TiVo: 800GB
    Sky+: 250GB
    Topfield: 250GB?
    Pace Twin: 120GB?
    Others: ????

    I guess a laptop HD is going to cost a few quid too...

    I presumed that they were pretty much the same unit but with Sky software instead of Freeview...

    Anyone want to swap a 250GB Maxtor for a laptop HD??
