    Hey

At present i'm using my Panny PX70 as my PC monitor.....

Is this gonna cause me any problems in the long term by doing this?

I know that i shouldnt leave still images on it for long periods etc etc and have a screensaver and turn the screen off when im not using my PC

but someone was telling me that by doing this i can shorten the life of my television

    Thanks for your help guys

    Adam

the life wont change 60000 hours for half brightness of the screen your just splitting that time between 2 functions thats all.

the television has a D Sub port on the back so the same sort of connection that you would use on a PC
