    Hi all.
I have been asked by the mrs to choose a digital camera for her.
I could do with some reccommendations from you guys please

The specs for the camera she is looking for are :-

    Atleast 4 megapixels

Must be compattable with a docking station/photo printer for easy prints without need for a pc.Will be purchasing a photo printer at a later date.

Cant be an ugly looking thing. So i'm afraid going to have to rule out camera's with 8+ optical zoom

Would like an lcd screen 1.8 inches or bigger.

The camera does not have to have lots of features.Just a standard point & click camera will do,just as long as the photo's are of excellent quality.

She is willing to spend £200 - £230.

Sorry for going on.Just hope you guys can help me

Check out the 'Panasonic FZ3 for 199.99' thread. 3MP's but that's only part of the story. Very good Leica optics and the 12x optical zoom will transform the photo's you're able to take. The zoom doesn't come out far at all and the camera is palm sized. prints direct if necessary.
