Useless Manual for the Toshiba RDXS32

    Who is able to rise to a challenge.....

    Write a simple instruction booklet for the Tohiba RDXS32!!! I now understand it when people said that the manual was - shall we say - not the most intuitive!


    I've managed to get my NTL Pace DiTV2000 swapped out for a Samsung SMT-2100T (side note: It's silver so fits in much better!) From reading various sites I understand that the Samsung will work on conjunction with the Toshiba. 2 Questions:

    * I'm assuming that I do not need to use the little infra-red gizmo that came with the Toshiba?
    * How do I know if it is working? Must confess that I'm not 100% clear on what functionality it gives!

    I know what you mean the manual is less than obvious for some functions.
    But after a week or so I feel I am getting to grips with its functionality now.

    I'd give it 9/10 for functionality but only 4/10 for the manual.
