Dunno if anyone here goes in for used dvd's but anyway - heres what came in the post this morning.

It can take anywhere upto a month before you can receive a summons for import duty as far as im aware.

How so ? You don't get a package handed over to you until you pay the fees (that's the way it's always been for me).

Plus, if you get a parcel delivered, there's no sign of customs interference, if they come in a month demanding money then you're going to say "i never got that mate" - or is it just me ?
 
If its delivered by Royal Mail you pay straight away but if DHL deliver it you get the bill days/weeks later.
