I'm thinking about buying active speakers and I would need to connect them to the pre-outs/Zone 2 connections of my Pioneer AVR which is connected to my TV via eArc. No other speakers would be connected to my AVR except for 2 active subwoofers, so it would be a 2.2 system.
Question 1: This should work, right? It's possible to use Zone 2 without having a "Zone 1"?
Question 2: Will I be able to run my AVR's room correction for this setup?
