    hi guys

i just came accross this device on a website and was wondering whether someone could explain how it operates in laymans terms.

i am interested in integrating all my a/v and lighting to be controlled by one remote.would this be suitable?

the website says it is a USB hub that sits on the ethernet network. That you can put a USB-UIRT in the room, which is both a reciever and blaster in one.

a couple of questions what is meant by ethernet network?

i presumer blaster is an american term for transmittor?

as always any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    thanks
