I've just swapped to one of the newer Denon AVRs which is somewhat lacking in USB power outlets. I've got a chromecast and a firestick 4k, and was wondering whether anyone has used any of the multiple USB charging adaptors as power supplies for such devices. Thinking something like the Anker power ports (PowerPort mini Dual Port USB Charger) or equivalent. I'm running out of outlets, so reducing the number of adaptors might help out....
Cheers for any thoughts you guys might have.

Any Powered USB hub should do, but the power-supply will be the important part. Get one with a high rate of output Watts or Amperes (usually expressed in millAmps).

Not that particular one but I personally use 3 different Anker power supplies in 3 different rooms to run Chromecast, Fire TVs and some other USB devices. Mine are larger 4 or 6 port ones. I even have a Google Home Mini running on one of my 4 port ones.

Cheers for the insights guys, much appreciated.
