would this be ok to save my profile on or should i get a sd card which do you think is best going out in half hour so hopefully gonna pick one up.

just be careful with the backup and format options

after using a mac , it all seems a bit complicated to me

I use an iPod shuffle to transfer converted videos off my laptop onto my PS3 and thats essentially a USB pen
